I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in private practice in West Los Angeles. I see people in person, as well as via telehealth (on the phone or a screen) within the state of California.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults (individuals, couples, and parents), supporting an array of challenges and needs, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, autism, psychosis, relationship distress, gender identity and sexuality, phase of life changes, grief and loss.
I graduated with a BA from Kenyon College, where I studied Philosophy, Literature, and Theater. I then attended the poetry MFA at Columbia University School of the Arts. After a prior career teaching high-school English, I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles.
I completed my clinical training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Valley Community Counseling Clinic, in North Hollywood. I received further education and training in adult psychoanalytic psychotherapy from the Psychoanalytic Center of California and in child and adolescent treatment from the New Center for Psychoanalysis.
